1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Wazapin services provided by PT Teman Strategi Indonesia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Wazapin is a multi-tenant WhatsApp Gateway & Automation platform that enables businesses to:

  • Send and receive WhatsApp messages via API
  • Automate customer conversations
  • Manage team communications
  • Integrate with third-party applications

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

  • Comply with WhatsApp Business API policies
  • Do not send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Respect recipient privacy and consent
  • Do not use the service for illegal activities

4. Service Availability and SLA

  • We provide 99.9% uptime SLA for our core services
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Service credits may apply for SLA breaches
  • Third-party dependencies (WhatsApp, Meta) may affect availability

5. Usage Limits and Billing

Usage Quotas

  • Each plan includes specific message quotas
  • Overage charges apply for usage beyond limits
  • Rate limiting may be applied to prevent abuse

Billing Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
  • All fees are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

6. Data and Privacy

  • Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
  • We implement multi-tenant data isolation
  • You retain ownership of your content and data
  • We may access data only for service provision and support

7. Intellectual Property

  • Wazapin platform and technology remain our property
  • You retain rights to your content and data
  • You grant us license to process your data for service provision
  • Respect third-party intellectual property rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Teman Strategi Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wazapin services.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
  • We may suspend service for policy violations
  • Data export is available for 30 days after termination
  • Refunds are prorated for unused subscription periods

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts.
